The colors are a shorthand for describing the vmemes that are active at each stage e.g in blue, a person tends to see the world in absolutes, good/bad, lots of organized religions fall into this, the us/them divide. Orange is driven by competitiveness and meritocracy etc. Red is about power and hierarchy e.g street gangs, sports teams, mafias, armies etc

The depth comes cause people have diff lines of development- so intellectually a person can be one thing but emotionally a diff color e.g. Karl Rove is a brilliant strategist and is often called 2nd tier (like yellow or turquoise) but ethically he’s considered very 1st tier.

And then the 3rd dimension is about quadrants- basically how people connect with others. The Me, Us, You, Them.

It’s quite compelling, and empirically seems to be quite effective. It was used behind the scenes in South Africa at the end of apartheid. They’re starting to apply it in Israel-Palestine etc.

It’s actually not new agey once u get into the actual system- though a lot of new agey people like talking abt it.

One thing which interested me was the color descriptions of various levels of conscious goals and associated timespans. This is VERY similar to the “soul age” materials I read – most notable one being here:

There could almost be an exact correlation if you taught about it enough.

Synchronicity is a funny thing. The only thing I know for certain is that it hints of a reality greater than ours.

btw, talk of synchronicity, i was quite surprised to see u mention 2012 in ur description of self!
